Mr. Hutcherson has worked on several commercial litigation matters, including cases involving claims such as breach of contract, tortious interference, antitrust, breach of fiduciary duties, patent infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets. 

Additionally, Mr. Hutcherson has experience coordinating electronic document productions, auditing electronic document productions, as well as analyzing an opposing party's electronic document production to uncover and prove instances of discovery misconduct, including but not limited to (1) withholding material documents; (2) fragmenting documents; (3) scrambling documents; (4) deliberately duplicating documents; (5) burying key documents; (6) altering documents; and (7) fabricating documents.

Mr. Hutcherson received his juris doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School where he was both a Heffernan Scholar and Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Fellow. Also a National Merit Scholar and Dedman Merit Scholar (four-year full scholarship), Mr. Hutcherson studied in the prestigious Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his bachelor’s degree. For his senior thesis, Greed, Plan II awarded him its Model Thesis Award. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hutcherson taught English as a foreign language in a public school in Sapporo, Japan.
